 Abstract: Based on the carbon sink fishery as the research object, combining the wide prospect and fishery potential risks of the clean development mechanism (CDM), the CDM and carbon sink fishery were analyzed in this paper. Then, it was expected to propose a systemic thought for strengthening the construction of fishery carbon markets, and provide a new enforceable path to develop low-carbon economy for fishery development.
