如何怎么預防應對CDM林業碳匯項目的泄漏問題

　　綜上所述,CDM林業項目會由于一些復雜和動態的原因對周圍的環境產生一些意想不到的影響(即泄漏) 。由于目前還沒有對緩解氣候變化的項目造成的泄漏進行連續的觀察和估計,所以還缺乏對泄漏進行量化的研究。但如果在項目設計階段,通過模型的模擬、案例的研究和常規的觀察確定出項目潛在的泄漏,就可對項目設計進行相應地調整,避免一些項目參與方可以控制的泄漏,從而確保林業碳匯項目的實施使項目實施國的社會、經濟和環境朝著可持續的方向發展。
